This past weekend, as we were enjoying our home, it suddenly struck me that I have never formally thanked you, and your superb team for the exquisite work you did for us. What started life as a fairly modest tract house is now a beautiful custom home boasting features rarely found in even the most exclusive neighborhoods. Indeed, many of our friends who do live in such areas regularly, and honestly exclaim how welcoming, and well done, our abode is; and this two years after the last nail was driven home!

As you know, Kathy and I travel extensively throughout Europe on a very regular basis. When we do, we believe in treating ourselves to the finer hotels as our business back home often requires extended travel to areas where such amenities simply do not exist. The other day while shaving, I glanced over to the Jacuzzi tub you installed and, frankly, marveled at the precise, and careful, tile work, the marvelous woodworking accents, and the genuinely unique overall design that you undertook to create a small piece of heaven right in our home. It was, to be certain, as though I had just walked into a suite at the Grand Hotel in Rome.

Your estimate was dead on. There were no hidden fees or extras. I find that hard to believe considering everybody warned me to add at least 20% for extras and cost overruns.

You were always accessible and made me feel really comfortable. I know that is hard to find in a contractor. Your crew was courteous and most of all did one heck of a job. Gary, your project manager, made me feel involved and never missed a beat. I only had one problem with the entire job……when the guys left after 6 months, my house became very quiet. It is a pleasure for my wife and me to write this letter regarding StarCon General Contractors with specific reference to Steve Margolis.

Steve has contracted several remodeling/repair jobs for our family over the course of fifteen years. We have found Steve’s analysis of what was required to achieve our construction/repair desires to be extremely helpful. We also found he always bid the job in a timely manner and was priced within the budget that we were comfortable with. On each occasion, the work was started on the agreed to date, and the scheduling of the various aspects of the work followed in a timely manner.  Steve was easy to work with when we decided to make changes as he did everything possible to keep within his original schedule so that unreasonable time was not lost due to the changes we had requested. His work crew was respectful of our home as they went about their various construction or repair tasks. At the end of each day our residence was left “broom clean” so that we could still be relatively comfortable in our now disrupted residence. The job was concluded in a
timely fashion within the per-agreed to schedule.

In summary, it hos been our experience that regardless of whether our needs were residential repair or remodeling, whether the job was large of small, we were dealt with in a timely, courteous, efficient and financially appropriate manner. Without hesitation we recommend StarCon for repair, remodeling or new construction needs.
