It is a pleasure for my wife and me to write this letter regarding StarCon General Contractors with specific reference to Steve Margolis.
Steve has contracted several remodeling/repair jobs for our family over the course of fifteen years. We have found Steve’s analysis of what was required to achieve our construction/repair desires to be extremely helpful. We also found he always bid the job in a timely manner and was priced within the budget that we were comfortable with. On each occasion, the work was started on the agreed to date, and the scheduling of the various aspects of the work followed in a timely manner. Steve was easy to work with when we decided to make changes as he did everything possible to keep within his original schedule so that unreasonable time was not lost due to the changes we had requested. His work crew was respectful of our home as they went about their various construction or repair tasks. At the end of each day our residence was left “broom clean” so that we could still be relatively comfortable in our now disrupted residence. The job was concluded in a
timely fashion within the per-agreed to schedule.
In summary, it hos been our experience that regardless of whether our needs were residential repair or remodeling, whether the job was large of small, we were dealt with in a timely, courteous, efficient and financially appropriate manner. Without hesitation we recommend StarCon for repair, remodeling or new construction needs.
