Steve Margolis and StarCon rebuilt and expanded our beach house in Ventura entirely to our specifications, working with us through a complicated permit process but sticking with us throughout the project and seeing it to completion. The result exceeded our expectations in every way.
The project was not without its twists and turns and challenges (unbeknownst to us, the city required a lengthy historical review), but Steve continuously kept us updated with the progress and made valuable suggestions. His team, led by Project Manager Gary Murphy, was composed of long-experienced and highly skilled professionals, dedicated to first-rate craftsmanship. And the subcontractors that Steve brought in had long histories working with him and were all top notch.
Steve was gracious and patient in working within our budget and striving to meet our deadline.
We are regularly complimented by people passing by our house, and most neighbors would likely agree with us that ours is one of the most attractive houses on the street.
